If you've just started your weight loss journey probably it is very difficult for you to choose the right diet or weight loss workout plan. I understand that it is pretty difficult to choose from various eating plans, especially if you've just started and you haven't got enough knowledge to make the right choice. In this article I will discuss about best diet and weight loss plans. You will find out about three effective diets and three workout methods which effectiveness is proven by hundreds of people from all over the world. I'll begin this article from the top three diets in the world and I will finish it by revealing three, most effective weight loss workout methods.
The Atkins Diet. Probably is the most popular diet in XXI. The Atkins diet is a high protein, high-fat, low-carbohydrate eating plan and this diet in based on a theory that by eating carbohydrates you stimulate the production of hormone, which is called insulin. Atkins diet followers believe that insulin is responsible for increased weight gain and hunger. To understand how this diet works you don't need to be an expert. Basically, people who are on this diet are experiencing reduced appetite and they will use stored fat as their source of energy. To make it sound less complicated, people who aren't on this diet are using glucose as their source of energy, which is produced by carbohydrate digestion and the people who are on this diet are using their stored fat as a source of energy. Theoretically, people who are on this diet will burn more fat to produce more energy so eventually this should lead to fat loss.
The Pritikin Principle. The theory of this eating plan is completely opposite to Atkins diet. The Pritikin diet is a low-fat, high-carbohydrate eating plan. People who are following this eating plan are focused to eat more vegetables, fruits and high-fiber grains. It is very important for them that fats should not exceed ten percent (10%) of total daily calorie intake. This diet is named after Nathan Pritikin. He developed a diet which is based on the theory of eating low-fat, low-calorie, plant-based foods to promote weight loss and improve or prevent heart disease. Eating low-calorie foods supposedly will reduce hunger and cause weight loss.
The Zone Diet. I think that this diet is a mix between Atkins and Pritikins diet. Theory of this diet is that you have to eat high-protein, high-fat, low carbohydrates foods. The main advantage of this diet is that it is not so restrictive like other high-protein diets, so it allows a broad range different foods to be eaten. The concept of this diet sounds a bit complicated, but I will try to explain everything in the simplest way I can. Basically a small amount of protein is combined with twice the amount of "favorable" carbohydrates, including fruits and vegetables. Zone Diet is based on the theory that the human body is genetically programmed to reach peak efficiency when all meals, including snacks, consist of a set caloric ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The diet recommends that all the foods should be put into ratio of 40-30-30, in normal English language this means that you 40% of your daily calories have to be carbohydrates, 30% have to be proteins and the last 30% have to be fats. Supposedly when this ratio is achieved, the body is working within the "zone" and the body will have maximum energy and weight loss.
These are the three, most effective diets in todays world, no one forces you to follow them, it is completely up to you. Now the main reason I've wrote this article is because I've wanted to reveal best diet and weight loss plans. Once we've figured out what are the top diets it's about time to begin with the workout plans.
Aerobic Training. Aerobic training is the most effective way of fat burning. Yes, there are hundreds of ways how you can burn fat, but this one is the most popular one. The best thing is that you can workout aerobically where ever you want! Too many people think that the only way to workout aerobically is to use those boring aerobic training machines in the gym. Well, womens aerobics, jogging, skipping, boxing, tennis, basketball and football are great examples of aerobic exercises. You can choose the one you like, you don't have to run on the same treadmill for years - choose the activity you like. In the matter of facts - while you play tennis, you burn more calories than any other physical activity. Only think about it!
Intensive Training. A lot of people don't understand that intensive workouts are very effective and they are loved by hundreds of people from all over the world, because they are useful and they are very beneficial - you spend less time in the gym and you burn more calories at the same time. Often intensive training is called "super sessions". Well, there are no secrets, the only thing you need to do is less chatting and more working! Experts say that the pauses between sets and different exercises shouldn't be longer than one minute. Very often I see people who come into gym, they do one exercise and then they chat with their friends for the next twenty minutes...
More Reps, Lighter Weights. This method of training is very popular between professional bodybuilders, but it is used by people who want to lose weight as well. Basically it is very effective when you want to tone up. The best thing that you don't need to make yourself a new workout plan, you only need to use lighter weights and increase the amount of repetitions. Some beginners think that this is too simple, but after a while they start to understand the real power of this method of training. You burn the fat, you increase your muscular endurance and at the same time it is the best way of toning up. What can be better?
