This year's expo includes a dynamic showcase of the new and noteworthy brands leading us into the future of smarter, more sustainable food consumption. Chefs Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern, Suzanne Cupps of Untitled and Sohui Kim of Insa and the Good Fork (and more) are bringing along bites your taste bus don't want to miss.
The GE Appliances Connected Kitchen
Test drive the future of the kitchen with GE Appliances Connected Kitchen, where GE Appliances, Innit, Google Home, PC Richards and other food-tech pioneers will show you how to upgrade your in-home chef experience. Located in the In Home section of the expo, GE Appliances will also feature live cooking demos from Chef Tyler Florence, Chef Brian Duffy and Chef Kang Kaun.
An Exciting & Dynamic Panel Schedule
From conversations on urban agriculture to the possible extinction of grocery stores, the Food Loves Tech panel programming is the heart of the expo. This year's experts include Tyler Florence, Sam Kass, Michael Chernow, Danielle Nierenberg and Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams.
Innovator's Lounge

Opening Night Reception - Future of the Cocktail

Plus: mixologist Matt Rodsey and Chef Jenny Dorsey of Studio ATAO and Wednesdays NYC will bring you the "Ultimate First Date" AR experience with 3D cocktail printing.
